Employee Benefits Boom Boom Pow!

Employee benefits aren't just to look cool. Well okay, they do look cool. They also make you look so cool you stand out against your competitors and engage top talent. But what's cooler, is knowing your benefits actually benefit your employees.

The mental health stigma is shifting and we're excited to be a part of the change! We all have ups and downs with our mental health, similar to our physical health, but in the workplace being off work because of your mental health can cause different reactions. We at Soul Sanity believe your mental health determines your physical health and vice versa - it's the circle of life... and it moves us all!

No, but really, let's get serious. Imagine a modernised employee assistance programme (EAP) that gets it - we're talking employee mental health support at its finest! With Soul Sanity you can provide your employees, who maybe based anywhere in the world, with the same unique benefit! Employees can enjoy a revolutionised all-in-one wellness support platform offering confidential access to a diverse range of activities, classes and support from qualified therapists.

Be an employer that backs the changes around the mental health stigma, giving employees the support they need creating a culture that cares. In return see less days lost from illness, reduced absences and productivity-killing presenteeism helping promote organisational growth, development and productivity.

Time to Talk Day, February

Get prepared for the biggest mental health conversation yet! Time to Talk Day encourages everyone to be more open about mental health.

Conversations have the power to change lives - helping to create supportive communities where we can talk openly about mental health and feel empowered to seek help when we need it.

How will you start your conversations?

Neurodiversity Celebration Week, March

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is a worldwide initiative that challenges stereotypes and misconceptions about neurological differences. Neurodiversity can include Autism, ADHD, ADD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and Dyspraxia.

It aims to transform how neurodivergent individuals are perceived and supported by providing organisations with the opportunity to recognise the many talents and advantages of being neurodivergent.

Create a more inclusive culture that celebrates differences and empowers every individual.

Stress Awareness Month, April

Stress Awareness Month has been running for 30 years (wowee!) and is instrumental in increasing public awareness about both the causes and cures for stress. Stress is a significant factor contributing to mental health problems so use the month of April to get your team talking!

Whether it's sharing coping mechanisms or implementing self-care techniques, be proactive with your team's health.

Mental Health Awareness Week, May

Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event focusing on achieving good mental health and this year's theme is movement.

Being active is important for our mental health but so many of us struggle to get enough exercise. We know there are many different reasons for this, so this Mental Health Awareness Week aims to help people to find moments for movement in their daily routines.

Raise awareness by supporting your team's understanding helping employees feel valued, cared for and supported by others.

World Suicide Prevention Day, 10th September

World Suicide Prevention Day is hosted on the 10th September each year by the International Association for Suicide Prevention (IASP) and provides the opportunity for people, across the globe, to raise awareness of suicide and suicide prevention.

Provide your team with helpful tools and techniques from experts in the field, improving knowledge to better support family, friends and colleagues alike.

World Mental Health Day, 10th October

The overall objective of World Mental Health Day is to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilise efforts in support of mental health.

Each year a theme is set by the World Federation for Mental Health who's mission is to promote the advancement of mental health awareness, prevention of mental disorders, advocacy, and best practice recovery focused interventions worldwide.

Look to raise awareness within your workplace by bespoke packages uniquely tailored to suit you and your team.
