Join our 15 minute live ‘Desk Yoga’ sessions.
These yoga sessions provide a mix of physical movement and meditation. By moving the body, we release muscle tensions that can accumulate while working at a desk. The sessions help to create a sense of calm and focus for the rest of your day or evening.
You will learn lots of simple stretches which can be practised at home and some tips to help you feel calm during these challenging times.
Each session is slightly different but follows a similar format. They are informal and fun. No equipment is required, just a chair to sit on and wear comfortable, loose clothing if possible. An office or kitchen chair would be best. You can also sit on the floor if this is comfortable for you. The important thing is that you can sit upright.
